Photographic portrait of William Boylston Rotch.
Writing on back: "William B. Rotch in the uniform of a Colonel on the military staff of Governor George A. Ramsdell 1898-99. He was the son of Albert A. and Helen R. (Boylston) Rotch, born in Amherst June 6, 1859 and died in Milford in December 1994 [sic--1934]. He married in 1882 Grace Marston Burrell. See Rotch Geneology for details."
