Description	Photograph from the Clark family of Amherst, NH. May be Frances E. Clark in photo? 71 Mack Hill Rd. The following is from Andy Ouellette who grew up in this house: A title search going back from the present to the late 1800s has one person named Clark as an owner. Willam D. Clark and Frank A. Holt purchased the property from John F. McGuiness on February 11, 1911. Their deed is recorded at Book 695, page 332 at the Registry of Deeds in Nashua. The property description differs substantially from that on the current owner's deed - the parcel Clark and Holt purchased was broken up over the years and over numerous transactions, until the present 2.2 acres that comprises 71 Mack Hill Road was divided from a larger parcel in 1947.
